How do I get started?

Step 1: Please complete our short intake form. 

Step 2: After we receive your information, we will contact you within 1-2 business days to schedule a free 15-minute introductory call to see if we can help.

Be sure to check your junk/spam/promotions folder if you haven’t heard from us!

Step 3:  If you’re a YES after speaking with someone from our team, you’ll complete some paperwork, pay your first month’s tutition and registration fee, and set up your payment plan for the school year.

Step 4: Our team will contact you to introduce your tutor and schedule your sessions.

Step 5: You are all set for a fantastic tutoring experience!

What subjects do we tutor?

Math

We tutor most levels of math:

  • Grades 3-8,

  • Algebra 1 & 2,

  • Geometry,

  • Pre-Calculus,

  • AP Calculus,

  • AP Statistics, and

  • Some college-level courses.

Science

We tutor many different science subjects:

  • regular & AP Biology,

  • regular and AP Chemistry,

  • regular and AP Physics,

  • AP Environmental Science, and

  • AP Computer Science

FAQs

  • Yes, as long as your tutor is returning this fall, you can work with them again.

  • Instead of connecting with Emma from STEM Tutoring, you’ll connect with Alexis from Freedom Mathematics. Your payments will be processed by Freedom Mathematics instead of STEM Tutoring. (Freedom Mathematics’s payments show as Dyscalculia Tutoring, our other brand, on your credit card statement.

  • We will still serve all levels of math, biology, physics, and chemistry.

  • Yes! We will use STEM Tutoring training materials and supplement them with Freedom Mathematics' expertise, providing additional training on neurodiversity and strategies for students who learn differently.

  • We understand that any time there is a new pricing structure, families have questions. We want to emphasize the value you will receive in return. Our new rates reflect our commitment to providing exceptional tutoring services. This consistent monthly rate ensures that you have access to top-tier tutors who receive excellent support, you receive additional learning resources, and you have the peace of mind from knowing your child is receiving the best support.

Our Tutoring Services

Freedom Mathematics provides two types of tutoring:

    • Provided by STEM Expert Tutors

    • Focuses on supporting your learner to succeed in their STEM class

    • 1x55 min session per week or 2x25 min session per week

    • Connect, learn, and grow reports after each session

    • Provided online using Lesson Space

    • We recommend students be at least 4th grade age level due to our online format.

  • We also offer specialized math intervention tutoring for students who learn differently.

    • Provided by a Math & Dyscalculia Specialist

    • Focuses on foundational skills and homework help

    • 2x25 min sessions or 1x55 min session per week

    • Progress reports every other week

    • Includes a complimentary multi-sensory learning kit 

    • Includes a complimentary in-depth Game Plan Session to discuss needs and goals

    • Online only using Zoom or Lesson Space.

    • Must be at least 4th grade age level, but the material can be any grade level.
